We build fast, accessible websites, web apps and online stores for US companies from Greater Noida, India. Accessibility to WCAG, SEO structure, Stripe or Shopify checkout and privacy controls are part of the build, not extras.

- Written scope and fixed quote after discovery
- Stripe, Shopify and analytics set up in your accounts
- Staging site to review every two weeks
Website development services for US businesses are judged on three things the first brief rarely mentions: whether people with disabilities can use the site, whether it is fast and findable in search, and whether tracking and checkout respect US privacy and payment rules. We build marketing sites, web applications and online stores from Greater Noida, India, and this page explains how we handle those three things, how the work runs across time zones, and how to compare us with other vendors.
What we build for US businesses
- Marketing and corporate sites. Service pages, location pages, case studies, blogs and lead forms, with a content system your staff can edit.
- Ecommerce. Shopify stores and customizations, or custom storefronts with Stripe checkout, subscriptions, tax and shipping rates.
- Web applications. Customer portals, booking systems, dashboards and member areas behind a login.
- Landing pages and microsites. For campaigns, with analytics and form handling set up properly.
- Rebuilds and migrations. Moving from an old site to a new one while keeping the URLs and rankings that matter.
We have built storefront and marketplace software: the storeVero online store builder, which runs hundreds of themes on one shared core, and the MultiVendorOS app for Shopify, which splits orders across suppliers. Both were built for the Indian market, not US customers, but they show how we treat themes, checkout and Shopify's app model. Accessibility: ADA, WCAG and the lawsuits
In the US, accessibility is a legal risk as well as a usability issue. The Department of Justice says the ADA applies to the web content of state and local governments (Title II) and of businesses open to the public (Title III), and has held that view since 1996. It has no regulation that sets detailed technical standards for private-sector websites, and it points to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as helpful guidance. Read the DOJ's web guidance, which also notes a separate rule for state and local governments published on April 24, 2024.
The technical reference most buyers and plaintiffs' lawyers use is WCAG. The W3C published WCAG 2.2 as a Recommendation on December 12, 2024. We build to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA success criteria as a working target, which in practice means:
- Sufficient color contrast and text that scales without breaking the layout.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
- Alt text, captions and transcripts for images and media.
- Labeled form fields with clear error messages.
- Proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate.
- No content that depends on color alone.
We test with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader. Be wary of any vendor, including us, who promises that a site is immune from an accessibility demand letter. No tool can promise that, and an overlay widget is not a substitute for accessible code. What we can do is build it right and document what we tested.
Privacy, cookies and payments
Tracking and state privacy laws
California's CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, lets residents opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including through a browser signal such as Global Privacy Control; the California Attorney General's CCPA page explains the rights and which businesses are covered. Other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, have comparable laws. On a website this affects analytics, ad pixels, embedded video, chat widgets and forms. We add a consent or opt-out banner configured with your counsel's instructions, make sure scripts do not fire before the visitor's choice where required, and write the privacy policy page content to match what the site actually does. The FTC also expects privacy statements to be true; its business guidance says to check that your privacy policy matches your practices.
Payments
For checkout we use Stripe-hosted pages or Stripe Elements, or Shopify's own checkout, so card numbers never touch your servers. That keeps your PCI DSS scope small, though your processor decides which self-assessment applies. The standard itself is at the PCI Security Standards Council. Sales tax on online orders depends on where you have nexus and what you sell; we integrate Shopify tax settings or a tax calculation service, and your tax advisor sets the rules.
Forms, email and health information
Contact and quote forms send to a CRM or inbox of your choice, with spam protection and a clear privacy notice. If a form could collect health information, tell us at the start, because a standard form plugin that emails details in plain text is not suitable. For email newsletters, the CAN-SPAM requirements apply, and we build unsubscribe and sender details into the signup flow.
Enterprise questions
If a procurement team asks for your vendor's SOC 2 report, note that we do not hold one. For a website that is rarely decisive; for a portal with customer data we offer role-based access, audit logs, encrypted backups and code and hosting in your accounts.
SEO and performance
A site that cannot be found does not help, so structure is part of the build: clean URLs, titles and descriptions per page, structured data, XML sitemaps, redirects from old URLs, image optimization and Core Web Vitals checks. For US local businesses we set up location and service pages that say something specific rather than repeating a template. Content strategy and link building are separate work, and we will say when you need them.
Working across time zones
India is UTC+5:30 all year. US Eastern is 9 hours 30 minutes behind until November 1, 2026, then 10 hours 30 minutes behind; Pacific is 13 hours 30 minutes behind. Expect one to three hours of live overlap in your morning, and asynchronous handover otherwise. Website projects suit this well, because design reviews happen on a staging URL where you leave comments at your convenience. Every two weeks you get an updated staging site to review. More on the model is on the USA hub.
Engagement models and pricing
- Fixed quote. A written scope, page list and fixed price for a defined site after discovery.
- Dedicated team. For a large site or product with a continuous roadmap.
- Support retainer. Updates, security patches, content changes and performance work.
We do not publish dollar prices; a ten-page brochure site and a custom store are different projects. The quote is in writing before you commit.
Process and timeline
A marketing site commonly takes 4 to 8 weeks from the signed scope; a custom store or web application takes longer, with a first release often within 10 to 14 weeks. The steps are discovery, sitemap and wireframes, design, build, content entry, accessibility and performance testing, and launch with redirects. You receive the source code, design files, hosting and domain access in your company's name, a content editing guide and an accessibility testing summary.
Risks of offshoring a website, and how we reduce them
- Domain and hosting control. Registered to you, never to us.
- Content delays. Most late sites wait on copy and images, not code. We agree who supplies what and when.
- Quality. Review on staging, cross-browser and device checks, accessibility tests.
- Plugin sprawl. On WordPress and Shopify we keep the extension count low and documented.
- Handover. Documentation so your staff or another agency can maintain the site.
How to evaluate a web development vendor
- Ask how they test accessibility, and what they say about legal risk.
- Ask for live sites you can open and run through a free speed and accessibility checker.
- Ask who owns the domain, the hosting and the source code.
- Ask how analytics and cookie consent will be set up.
- Ask what they will not do, and which certifications they lack.

Read the case studyThe ADA has no detailed technical standard for private websites, so no vendor can promise immunity. We build to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA criteria, test by keyboard and screen reader, and document the results. Your counsel advises on your legal exposure.
All three, and we recommend per project. Shopify suits most stores, WordPress or a headless CMS suits content sites, and custom code fits web applications and unusual checkout needs. We explain the trade-off in discovery and keep your accounts in your name.
We set up a consent or opt-out banner configured with your counsel, honor browser signals such as Global Privacy Control where required, and stop non-essential scripts firing before consent. The privacy policy text is matched to what the site actually does.
A marketing site commonly takes 4 to 8 weeks from signed scope, depending on page count and how quickly copy and images arrive. Stores and web applications take longer, with a first release often in 10 to 14 weeks. You see staging every two weeks.
You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your company name, the source code sits in your repository, and IP assignment is in the contract. You can change agencies at any time without negotiating access.
