Overview
A CRM records every enquiry, who owns it, what was promised and when the next call falls due. In most Indian SMEs the real CRM today is a register, a shared Excel sheet and each salesperson’s phone. When a salesperson leaves, their leads leave too.
We build CRMs that start where your leads come from. IndiaMART and JustDial enquiries arrive through their lead APIs, Meta and Google lead forms through webhooks, website forms post directly, and walk-ins get typed in on a phone in under a minute. Duplicate mobile numbers merge, and each lead reaches the right person by city, product or round robin.
We run our own agency on a CRM we built, Trackvora, so we know which screens salespeople skip and which reminders they act on. The lesson: fewer fields, faster entry, and a follow-up list that opens on the phone every morning.
With five salespeople and a standard pipeline, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared or HubSpot’s free tier may serve you well for a year or two. Custom makes sense when your sales process has steps those tools cannot model, or when per-user fees start to sting.
What we deliver
IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, Meta and Google lead forms, website and WhatsApp enquiries land in one inbox.
Auto-assign by territory, product, language or round robin, and reassign when a lead sits untouched.
Calls, visits and WhatsApp follow-ups scheduled per lead, with an overdue list for each salesperson and manager.
Stages that match your sale, from enquiry to site visit to quotation to won, with value at each stage.
Quotations from your price list with approved discounts, converted to proforma and tax invoice without retyping.
Template messages, quotation PDFs and payment reminders sent from the CRM and logged against the lead.
Android app with GPS check-in, visit notes, photos and order booking that keeps working on a weak signal.
Source-wise conversion, salesperson scorecards, lost reasons and open pipeline value on a single screen.
Service tickets, AMC renewals and warranty dates, so repeat business never depends on someone’s memory.
Our CRM clients usually have between 5 and 200 people selling, and a sales cycle with more than one conversation. The industry decides what the CRM needs to know. A Gurugram real estate developer tracks site visits, channel partners and booking amounts. A coaching institute in Kota tracks counselling calls, demo classes and fee instalments. A Rajkot pump manufacturer gets dealer enquiries from IndiaMART, sends quotations with freight, and follows up for months before an order.
Each of those teams fails on a generic CRM for the same reason: the stages and fields belong to somebody else’s business, so salespeople stop updating it and the owner goes back to asking on WhatsApp.
Indian lead sources behave differently from the ones Salesforce was designed around. Half your enquiries arrive with only a name and a mobile number, many buyers prefer a WhatsApp reply to an email, and the same person may enquire on IndiaMART and JustDial in one afternoon. These pieces handle that.
Off-the-shelf CRM works well when your sale looks like a standard B2B or B2C funnel and you have fewer than about 15 users. Zoho CRM gives good value and an Indian billing entity. LeadSquared knows education and lending well. Salesforce suits large companies with an admin to run it, and costs accordingly.
Custom wins in three situations. Your process has steps the tools cannot model without workarounds, such as site visits with channel partners or a sampling stage. Your user count makes per-seat pricing expensive year after year. Or the CRM needs to sit inside your ERP, so a won deal becomes a sales order and stock gets reserved without anyone retyping it.

We start with a week of discovery: sitting in on calls, listing every lead source, and reading the Excel sheets your managers keep. The first release, with lead capture, assignment, follow-ups and the pipeline, usually goes live in 4–6 weeks. Quotations, invoicing, the field app and reports follow over the next 4–8 weeks, depending on what you need.
Before go-live we import old leads from Excel or your previous CRM, clean duplicates, and train each salesperson on their own phone. For the first month we watch usage: which fields stay empty, which reminders get ignored. Then we cut what nobody uses.
Your lead list carries real value, and salespeople leaving with it happens every year. We limit each salesperson to their own leads, mask mobile numbers where you want, block bulk export for everyone except admins, and log every view and download. Hosting sits on a cloud server in India, or on your own server if you prefer, with daily backups.
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you must be able to show consent and delete a person’s data on request. We build both into the CRM rather than leaving them to a policy document.
Business software on our price list, including CRM, starts at ₹39,999. That gets you lead capture, assignment, follow-ups and a pipeline for one sales process. Cost rises with the number of lead sources and integrations, a field sales app, quotation and invoicing rules, telephony, the number of distinct sales processes, and data migration from an older system. We send a written quote after discovery, and changes get priced in writing before work starts.

Industries we serve
Our business software, including CRM, starts at ₹39,999 for lead capture, assignment, follow-ups and a pipeline. A CRM with a field sales app, quotations, invoicing, telephony and several lead-source integrations costs more. You get a written fixed quote after a short discovery, and you pay no per-user licence fee afterwards, only hosting.
The first usable release, covering lead capture, assignment, follow-ups and pipeline, usually goes live in 4–6 weeks. A fuller CRM with quotations, invoicing, a field app and reports takes 8–14 weeks. We release in stages so your salespeople start using it early and their feedback shapes the rest.
Yes. IndiaMART offers a lead pull API for paid sellers, and we poll it every few minutes so leads land in the CRM and get assigned without anyone copying them. JustDial, TradeIndia, Meta and Google lead forms connect the same way, through APIs or webhooks, depending on what each platform offers your account.
Yes. The field app saves visits, notes, photos and orders on the phone and syncs when signal returns, which matters in industrial areas and on highways. GPS check-in records where each visit happened, so managers can trust the visit log.
Yes. Through the WhatsApp Business API, the CRM sends approved templates such as the first reply, a quotation PDF or a payment reminder, and logs each message against the lead. For smaller teams we can start with click-to-chat links from the salesperson’s own WhatsApp and move to the API later.
Yes, both. The code repository and the server sit in your company’s name, and the data lives in your database. Nothing locks you to us: you can export everything at any time, and another developer can take over with the documentation we hand over.
If your sales process looks standard and you have fewer than about 15 users, start with Zoho CRM or a similar tool. Build when your process has steps those tools cannot model, when per-user fees grow large, or when the CRM must feed your ERP directly. We will tell you which side you fall on during the first call.
Yes. A won deal can create a sales order in your ERP, check stock, and push the invoice to Tally Prime, so nobody types the same customer twice. If we are building the ERP as well, the CRM and ERP share one customer master from the start.
