FAQsStraight Answers

Straight answers on scope, pricing, process and support — the questions the team asks before the discovery call, with the answers the team can act on. No marketing spin, no "contact us for details", just the answer.

What you will find here

Straight answers on the questions the team asks before the discovery call — scope, pricing, process, support, ownership, timeline, the change process, the handover. No marketing spin, no "contact us for details", just the answer.

The FAQ is the conversation starter, not the conclusion. The conclusion is the discovery call, the engagement, the work.

  • How long does an MVP take?
  • What is the engagement model?
  • Who owns the code?
  • What happens after launch?

Frequently asked

The questions the team asks

How do you scope an engagement?
A 30-minute discovery call, a written brief, a written scope, a written estimate. The scope is the contract, the estimate is the price, the change process is the only way either moves. The discovery is free, the brief is free, the estimate is the commitment.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, third-party services — all in your name. The handover at the end of the engagement is complete: codebase, accounts, documentation, runbook, post-mortem history.
What happens after launch?
A maintenance retainer with a named engineer, a 24-hour response SLA on critical incidents, and a monthly review against the operational metrics. The retainer is optional, the handover is complete either way.
