Logistics Technology That MovesOn Time, Every Time

We build logistics software for the operation that actually delivers — FTL/PTL planning, fleet tracking, ePOD, route optimisation, hub management, the warehouse that does not lose a pallet, and the customer notifications that cut "where is my order" calls in half.

Why technology matters

Solving Real Challenges Of The Logistics Industry

From fragmented data to manual operations, we address the real challenges that slow down growth.

  1. Manual Route Plans

Dispatchers plan routes on paper, and the plan is out of date before the truck rolls.

  2. Lost ePODs

Proof of delivery is a photo on a driver's phone that never reaches the billing system.

  3. Hub Dwell Time

Trucks idle at the hub for hours because the inbound manifest is reconciled by hand.

  4. Customer WISMO Calls

"Where is my order" is the largest single cost in the contact centre, and the answer is in a different system.

  5. Settlement Delays

COD, freight and the third-party carriers reconcile in spreadsheets, weeks after the delivery.

Our solutions

End-to-End Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions

Transport Management Systems

FTL/PTL planning, vehicle allocation and the dispatch board the operations team runs.

Fleet Tracking & Telematics

GPS, vehicle health, driver behaviour and the alerts the fleet manager can act on.

Route Optimisation

AI-driven route plans, the multi-stop sequence and the re-plan on the fly.

ePOD & Delivery Proof

Photo, OTP, QR — the proof that lands in the system, not on the driver's phone.

Warehouse Management

Inbound, putaway, pick, pack, dispatch — the WMS the warehouse actually runs on.

Hub Operations

Hub scan, sort, load and the manifest the next leg of the journey needs.

Customer Notifications

Order status, delay alerts, delivery slot — the WISMO-beating notifications the customer actually reads.

Settlement & COD Reconciliation

Freight, COD and the third-party carrier reconciliation that ties to the bank statement.

FAQs

Logistics & Supply Chain questions, answered

A route engine that takes the orders, the vehicles, the drivers, the hub constraints and the delivery windows, and returns the plan the dispatcher can review and adjust. The plan is re-runnable on demand, with the dispatcher override when the AI gets it wrong. The engine is the right balance of automation and control.

Yes. The driver marks the delivery on the app — photo, OTP, QR, signature — and the ePOD lands in the system, the customer gets a notification, and the billing team sees the proof. The end-to-end is in seconds, not days, and the proof is in the system, not on a phone.

We integrate with Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, Ecom Express and the rest through their APIs, with the tracking, the ePOD and the COD reconciliation flowing into your TMS. The integration is a typed bridge with retries, idempotency and the dead-letter queue, with the monitoring that catches the drift.

Proactive notifications — order confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered — on the channel the customer prefers (SMS, WhatsApp, email, push). The notifications are driven by the TMS, not a separate system, with the templating and the opt-in the DPDP Act requires.
