ERP for Manufacturing
BOM, work orders, routing, costing and the production planning the shop floor runs on.
Industry Solutions
We build manufacturing software for the shop floor that actually runs — BOM, work orders, the OEE the production manager reviews, the AI vision that catches the defect, the predictive maintenance that avoids the breakdown, and the ERP integration the finance team trusts.

Why technology matters
From fragmented data to manual operations, we address the real challenges that slow down growth.
WIP in the Dark
The shop floor knows what is in progress; the system does not, until the day's end.
Manual QC
Quality inspection is human, slow, and inconsistent across shifts and operators.
Unplanned Downtime
The breakdown is the first signal of a problem that the data could have predicted.
BOM Drift
The engineering BOM, the production BOM and the costing BOM do not agree, and the margin surprises the finance team.
No Real OEE
OEE is a quarterly calculation in a spreadsheet, not a daily signal the floor can act on.
Our solutions
BOM, work orders, routing, costing and the production planning the shop floor runs on.
Touch-screen terminals at every station, the WIP, the routing and the operator actions.
Real-time OEE, downtime reasons, the daily review the production manager actually runs.
Defect detection, visual inspection, the AI vision that catches the issue the operator misses.
Sensor data, the ML model and the maintenance schedule that avoids the breakdown.
Raw, WIP, finished, the multi-location inventory and the costing the finance team trusts.
Suppliers, the ASN, the GRN and the purchase workflow the procurement team runs.
PLC, SCADA, the IoT layer and the edge deployment the OT and IT teams can run together.
Success stories
A rentable ERP, CRM and HRM that changes its modules, field labels and documents to match the trade a business picks at sign-up. Built by merging 17 of our earlier ERP codebases into one product.
A 38-module ERP for spinning, weaving, dyeing, garment and fabric trading units, rentable per vertical, alongside FactoryFlow, a general manufacturing ERP with BOM-driven production orders.
Built for an industrial compliance client: statutory registers, licences, permits to work, CAPA, audits, contractor and transport compliance, training with QR certificates, and role-based portals.
FAQs
Yes. We audit the existing OT stack — PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians — and design the integration surface before any build begins. The integration is a typed bridge with the read-only / write-only discipline the OT team requires, and the edge deployment is on the hardware the OT team trusts.
It depends on the defect, the lighting and the training data. For a clear defect class, 95%+ accuracy is a reasonable target. The accuracy is measured against a held-out test set, with the operator override when the AI is wrong. The AI is assistive, not autonomous, and the operator remains the final word.
A model trained on the sensor data — vibration, temperature, current, the maintenance log — that predicts the failure window with a confidence interval. The model is deployed on the edge or in the cloud, with the alert and the maintenance schedule the maintenance team can act on. The model is evaluated against the held-out failures, not a guess.
Yes, when the data posture requires it. The MES, the OEE dashboard and the AI vision can all run on the OT network, with the ERP integration through a controlled bridge. The architecture respects the OT / IT boundary, with the security and the audit the OT team requires.
Whether you are a manufacturing operator, agency or platform, we have the right technology solution for your business.
