This policy explains how DipanshuTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“DipanshuTech”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, keeps and protects personal data when you visit www.dipanshutech.com, fill in one of our forms, use our free tools, chat with us, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We act as the Data Fiduciary for this data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Who we are
DipanshuTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., SF-31 Parsvnath Bibhab Plaza, Alpha 1st Commercial Belt, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India. Email admin@dipanshutech.com, phone +91 99119 60916.
2. What we collect
Data you give us
- Enquiry and quote forms (contact page and landing pages): your name, email, phone number, company, the service you need, your approximate budget and any message you write.
- Free tools and calculators: the details you enter to get a report, and the contact details you give us so we can send it.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Live chat, phone, WhatsApp and email: what you tell us in those conversations.
Data collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit on our site.
- The page that sent you to us, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags), so we know which advert or page an enquiry came from.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5.
We do not ask for payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, understand what you need and send you a scope and quote.
- To deliver and support the work if you become a client.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure which pages and adverts bring enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.
- To keep the website secure, stop spam and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We process this data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or start a chat, or for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of the website for us: our hosting provider, and Google (Analytics and Ads), as described in section 5. They may only use the data to provide their service.
- Authorities, when Indian law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. When they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and transfer only what the service needs.
5. Cookies and the tools we use
- Google Analytics: counts visits and shows how people use the site. It sets cookies and uses your IP address.
- Google Ads tag: tells us when a visitor from a Google advert sends an enquiry (conversion tracking), and may let Google show our adverts to people who visited our site (remarketing).
- Live chat: our chat widget stores the messages you send so we can reply.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com. The site still works without these cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries, quote requests and chats that do not lead to a project: two years from our last contact with you, then we delete them.
- Client records: for as long as the contract runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and company law require.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: under the retention settings of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need to keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent. This stops future processing; it does not undo what was lawful before;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.
Email admin@dipanshutech.com from the address you used with us, or tell us how to verify you. We reply within 30 days.
8. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, write to our Grievance Officer at admin@dipanshutech.com with the subject “Data grievance”. If our answer does not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored on servers that only authorised staff can reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you and the Board if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell people we are in touch with.
