DipanshuTech is a custom software development company in India, based in Greater Noida, that builds business software when off-the-shelf tools do not fit: billing and GST systems, lab and clinic software, dealer portals, approval workflows and integrations with Tally or your bank. We deliver on web, mobile and Windows desktop. Business software starts at ₹39,999.

Overview
Custom software gets built for one business’s way of working, and that business owns it. Most of our clients arrive with a stack of tools that each do 70 percent of the job, plus Excel sheets holding the rest together. The subscriptions cost less than the hours spent copying numbers between them, and the mistakes that slip through.
We have built and run software products for Indian businesses ourselves: AccVora for GST billing with a Windows app and an Android app, NidaanLab for pathology labs, SchoolBill for multi-branch school fees. Each taught us something about Indian users. They print a lot, they share on WhatsApp, and they need the screen to keep working when the broadband drops.
Off-the-shelf wins when your process matches everyone else’s. If Tally, Zoho, Vyapar or a Shopify app covers 80 percent of your need, use it and spend money on the remaining gap. We will say so on the first call.
What we deliver
The internal system for orders, job tracking, approvals or service visits that no package handles your way.
Invoicing with GST, e-invoice and e-way bills, batch and expiry, thermal and A4 print, and WhatsApp sharing.
Systems for labs, clinics, schools, transporters, builders and CA firms, shaped by how those businesses work.
Portals where dealers place orders, see their ledger and download invoices without calling your office.
Multi-level approvals for purchase, expenses, discounts or credit, with SLAs and reminders on WhatsApp.
Connections to Tally, banks, the GST IRP, Razorpay, courier and WhatsApp APIs, and your existing software.
Windows software for billing counters, weighbridges and offices that must keep working without internet.
FoxPro, VB6 and MS Access systems moved to a modern stack with every record carried across.
Owner dashboards and MIS drawn from your own data, delivered on screen, by email or on WhatsApp.
Our clients are mostly owner-led Indian businesses with 10 to 500 people, plus departments inside larger companies whose request has sat in the IT queue for a year. What they share: a process that makes them money, run on tools that were not built for it.
A Noida electrical distributor wants dealers to order from a phone instead of calling at 6 pm. A transporter in Kanpur needs LRs, trips, diesel and driver advances in one place. A CA firm in Delhi wants every client’s GST, TDS and ROC due dates tracked with reminders. A diagnostic lab needs reports that print to its letterhead and reach patients on WhatsApp. None of these needs a giant platform. Each needs software that fits.
Software written for a US or European market misses small things that matter to an Indian user every day. We plan for these from the first screen, not after the complaints arrive.
Answer four questions before you commit money. Does a ready product cover at least 80 percent of the process without workarounds? Will its per-user fees stay affordable as you grow? Can it connect to the software you already run? Does the remaining gap cost you less each year than a build? If all four answers come back yes, buy the product.
If two or more come back no, custom software usually pays for itself within a couple of years, and you own an asset instead of renting one. Many clients end up with a mix: Tally for books, a custom system for operations, connected so nothing gets typed twice.

Discovery takes one to two weeks. We visit the people who will use the software, collect the registers, sheets and printouts they use today, and write a scope with screens, roles, reports and a data model. You sign off on paper before we write code.
A focused system usually reaches its first release in 6–12 weeks. Larger systems ship in phases of 4–8 weeks, with working software on a staging server every two weeks so you can try it yourself. Before go-live we migrate your data, train each user group, and keep a rollback path for the first month.
Most business software runs best as a web application on a cloud server in India: every branch sees the same data and updates reach everyone at once. Field staff get an Android or iOS app, usually built in Flutter. Billing counters, weighbridges and offices with poor internet get a Windows desktop app that works offline and syncs later.
Some clients need all three. AccVora runs on the web, as an Android app and as a Windows installer, all against one backend.
Desktop application development Web application development Mobile app development
Plenty of Indian businesses still run on software a freelancer wrote 15 years ago in FoxPro or Visual Basic, on one Windows XP machine nobody dares to restart. It works until it does not. We read the old database, document what the software actually does, rebuild it on a current stack, and carry every record across. Users get the same workflow with fewer keystrokes, plus backups and remote access.
Business software on our price list starts at ₹39,999. The final figure depends on the number of user roles and screens, the depth of business rules, integrations with Tally, banks, the IRP or other software, whether you need mobile or desktop apps besides the web, and how much data needs migrating. After discovery you get a written quote, and any change in scope gets priced in writing before work starts.

Our business software starts at ₹39,999. That covers a focused system with a few roles and standard reports. Larger systems with several modules, integrations or mobile and desktop apps cost more. After a short discovery we send a written fixed quote, so the price does not move unless the scope does.
A focused system usually reaches its first release in 6–12 weeks, after one to two weeks of discovery. Bigger systems ship in phases of 4–8 weeks. You see working software on a staging server every two weeks, so delays never come as a surprise at the end.
Yes. The repository, the server and every third-party account sit in your company’s name from the first week. At handover you get documentation and a walkthrough, so any competent developer can maintain it. We do not hold code hostage.
Our office is in Greater Noida, in the Alpha 1 commercial belt. Clients from Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Gurugram often come in for the discovery workshop, or we visit your site. We also work with clients across India and abroad over video calls and a shared project board.
Yes. We read the old database, document what the software does, rebuild it on a current web or desktop stack, and migrate every record. We run old and new side by side until your staff trust the new numbers, then retire the old machine.
Often, yes. If a ready product covers most of your process, fits your budget as you grow and connects to your other tools, buy it. Custom makes sense when the gaps cost you real money every month. We will give you an honest view on the first call, even if it means no project for us.
Yes. We sync masters and vouchers with Tally Prime, connect to banks, payment gateways, the GST IRP and courier APIs, and read from or write to your existing databases. Integration gets scoped in discovery so it is priced from the start.
You get a named engineer, bug fixes within a written response window, server monitoring and backups. Enhancements are quoted as small phases. If you later hire your own developer, we hand over everything and walk them through the code.
