How to use
Pick what you are building: a mobile app, a web app that runs in the browser, desktop software or custom business software.
Tick every platform you want at launch, such as Android, iOS or Windows. The hint under the list shows what each extra platform adds.
Select the features you need, from login and push notifications to payments, chat, maps, offline mode and an admin panel.
Choose a complexity level that matches your screens and business rules, then read the range, the line-by-line breakdown and the timeline.

Three things move the price more than anything else: how many platforms you launch on, which features you need and how much custom logic sits behind the screens. A booking app with login, a calendar and notifications has a far smaller build than a marketplace with payments, chat, live tracking and separate apps for buyers and sellers.
Every feature brings its own screens, server work and testing. Payments need a gateway account, failure handling and refunds. Chat needs real-time messaging and storage. Maps need location permissions and an API key with its own usage charges. The card shows each line so you can see where the money goes and drop what can wait for a second phase.
Most Indian consumer apps start on Android because that is where most of their users are. Business apps used by staff often need only Android too, since the company chooses the phones. If your customers include many iPhone users, or you sell to premium buyers, launching on iOS at the same time makes sense.
Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native let one codebase serve both Android and iOS, which keeps the second platform cheaper than building it twice. You still pay for extra testing on real devices, store listings and the differences in how each platform handles notifications and payments.
Pick Simple when the app has a handful of screens, standard sign-up and mostly shows or collects information. Pick Standard when you want a custom design, several user roles and business rules such as approvals, discounts or stock checks. Pick Complex when the app runs heavy calculations, real-time updates, large data volumes or integrations with older systems.
If you are torn between two levels, choose the higher one for budgeting. It is easier to come in under a plan than to find extra money halfway through a build.
The range covers design, development and testing of the features you select. It does not include app store developer accounts, server hosting, SMS or WhatsApp message charges, map API usage or payment gateway fees, because those depend on your usage and are paid to the providers. Content such as product photos, translations and legal pages also sits outside the estimate. We confirm support, hosting and licensing terms in the written quote.
The timeline on the card grows with the number of features you pick. It shows a low and a high figure because feedback rounds, content readiness and app store review times vary. A clear feature list before work starts shortens the build more than anything else, so try our free software requirements planner first if your scope is still loose.
FAQ
With DipanshuTech, custom apps and business software start from ₹39,999. The final price depends on platforms, features and complexity. Use the calculator for an indicative range; we confirm a fixed price after a short requirements call.
No. It is an indicative estimate based on the options you choose. We give a fixed written quote only after we understand your screens, user roles and integrations.
If your users sit at desks, such as office staff or accounts teams, a web app is usually the better start. If they are on the move, such as field staff, delivery riders or customers, start with a mobile app. Many businesses add the second one later.
Almost every business app needs one. The admin panel is where you manage users, products, orders, content and reports without asking a developer. Tick it in the calculator unless you already have a back office the app can connect to.
Ownership, source-code handover, support, hosting and licensing are set out in the written quote before work starts.
Yes, and it is often the smarter plan. Launch with the features users need on day one, learn from real usage, then add the rest. The calculator shows what each feature adds so you can split the work into phases.
