1. Project Overview
Small Indian businesses and local agencies spend money on ads, then lose half the leads to slow follow-up. Imported tools are priced in dollars, and their content templates do not speak Hindi or Hinglish.
Marketing OS covers the full loop in one place. It finds local businesses, audits their websites, captures enquiries from forms and webhooks, scores and routes each lead, runs follow-up sequences and moves deals across a pipeline. Every agency or business runs as its own tenant.

2. The Challenge
- Leads arriving from many forms and sources, with duplicates and no owner.
- Agencies that need prospects to pitch before anyone has filled a form.
- Follow-up that depends on someone remembering to send it.
- Social posts and pitches needed in English, Hindi and Hinglish.
- Large teams that need fine-grained access, not just admin and user.
3. What We Built
- Lead management with scoring, routing, de-duplication, enrichment, qualification, consent records and signals.
- Public lead capture through a hosted form or a webhook, with spam protection and throttling.
- Lead discovery that pulls real businesses with phone and website from OpenStreetMap data, then imports them without duplicates.
- A website auditor that grades any site from A to F on speed, security, SEO, mobile and conversion, and drafts a WhatsApp or email pitch from the findings.
- Sequences and cadences, plus a workflow engine that fires on new leads, form submissions and status changes.
- A content engine for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp posts, with scheduling.
- Deals on a pipeline board and a dashboard with sources, trends and activity.
4. How It Works
A Laravel 11 API with hashed bearer tokens sits behind a Next.js 14 dashboard. Access control uses 12 roles and 546 permissions. A scheduler runs every minute to send due sequence steps.
AI features work through a provider switch. They can call OpenAI or Anthropic models, or fall back to built-in templates when a tenant has no key, so every feature works on day one.
Production runs on an Ubuntu 24.04 server with PHP 8.3, MySQL 8, nginx and PM2, with SSL on both the dashboard and the API.
5. The Outcome
Marketing OS has been live since 17 July 2026, with the dashboard and the API on their own subdomains. A new agency or business can sign up and get its own tenant straight away.
The suggested plans for end clients sit at ₹1,499, ₹3,999 and ₹7,999 a month, with a white-label option for agencies that want to resell it under their own name. Next on the roadmap: WhatsApp Cloud API and automatic posting to Google Business Profile and Meta.
