This business card maker builds a standard 85 × 55 mm visiting card from your name, role, company and contact details. Choose a light or navy design, add a QR code that saves your contact to a phone, then print it, save it as a PDF, or download a PNG and a contact file.

How to use
Type your name, job title, company, phone, email, website and a short address. Leave out any line you do not want on the card.
Choose the light or navy design. The preview shows the card at its real proportions.
Keep the QR code switched on if you want people to save your details by scanning the card.
Click "Print or save PDF", choose "Save as PDF" or your printer, set the scale to 100% and turn off headers and footers.
Download the PNG for a print shop or WhatsApp, and the .vcf contact file to attach to emails.
The card follows the 85 × 55 mm size that most print shops in India cut by default, close to the 3.5 × 2 inch size used in the United States. The print layout sets the page to exactly this size, so the PDF is ready to send to a printer.
A visiting card works best with a short list: your name, your role, the company, one phone number, one email address and a website or city. Long addresses and several phone numbers make the text small and hard to read. If a line is too long for the card, it is cut off with an ellipsis in the preview, which is your cue to shorten it.
The light design suits most offices and prints well on any paper. The navy design stands out more but uses more ink, so ask your printer for a sample on the card stock you choose.
The QR code holds a contact card in the vCard format. When someone scans it with a phone camera, the phone offers to save you as a new contact with your name, company, number, email and website filled in, so nobody has to type your details from the card.
The QR code is always dark on a white square, even on the navy design, because phones read dark-on-light codes most reliably. It is about 20 mm wide on the printed card, which scans easily from a normal reading distance.
The same contact details are in the .vcf file. Attach it to an email or share it on WhatsApp, and the receiver can add you to their contacts in one tap.
For a few cards, print the PDF on thick paper of about 300 gsm and cut along the edge. Most home printers leave a small margin, so print one test card first and check the size with a ruler.
For a box of cards, send the PDF or the PNG to a print shop. The PNG is 1004 × 650 pixels, which is 300 dots per inch at card size, the resolution most printers ask for. Ask whether they need a bleed margin; if they do, they can usually add it from the PDF.
Everything is built in your browser. Your details are not uploaded, stored or added to any mailing list.
Making one card at a time is fine for a founder or a small team. A larger company can avoid retyping by generating every card from staff records, so names, roles and numbers stay current and every card follows the same layout.
