Design & UX Refresh
A new visual system and information architecture against the same content.
Digital Experience
A website redesign that protects the SEO you have already earned — URL mapping, content parity, 301 redirects, schema preserved, Search Console monitored for four weeks after launch, and a CMS your marketing team can actually run on day one.

Overview
A redesign is the most dangerous thing you can do to an established website, because the rankings it has earned are not in the design — they are in the URLs, the content, the schema, the internal links and the page experience. Lose any of those without a plan and the new site will look better and convert worse, for months.
We treat a redesign as a migration. Every existing URL is mapped, every page with traffic is checked for content parity, the redirects are tested before launch, and Search Console is monitored for four weeks after. The new design is the visible half of the work; the rest is a migration plan with named owners.
This is the wrong engagement if the real problem is conversion rate, not the design. We will say so on the call, because a redesign is a heavy lift to ship a small CRO win.
What we deliver
A new visual system and information architecture against the same content.
Move from one CMS to another without losing pages, media or redirects.
Move from a slow stack to a faster one, on the same domain.
A written redirect map, tested, and shipped on launch day.
Every page with traffic is checked for content and intent parity.
Search Console, Analytics and Core Web Vitals watched for four weeks.
Our process
01
Discover
We audit the current site, traffic, content and the stack.
02
Plan & Design
We design the new system and write the migration plan on paper.
03
Develop
We build the new site and the redirects in parallel.
04
Deploy
We cut over with redirects, schema and monitoring live.
05
Optimize & Grow
We watch Search Console for four weeks and fix what drifts.

What you can expect
Industries we serve
Yes, when the migration is planned. We map every existing URL, keep the content parity that earns the ranking, ship 301 redirects on launch day and monitor Search Console for four weeks afterwards. The cases where rankings drop are the ones without a written redirect map, not the ones with one.
A focused business site is 4–8 weeks. A larger site with custom modules, a CMS migration and complex redirects is 10–14 weeks. The timeline is set after the audit, not before, because the scope depends on the size of the site and the complexity of the migration.
Not necessarily. If your current CMS is the right tool and the redesign is mostly visual, we can reskin and reorganise within it. If the CMS is the bottleneck — too slow, too rigid, or too expensive to maintain — we will recommend the smallest migration that solves the actual problem.
We audit every page with traffic, every page with backlinks and every page that ranks, and check it for content parity in the new design. Pages that no longer earn their place are flagged, not deleted silently. New pages are added to fill the gaps the new information architecture exposes.
