Digital Experience

UI/UX DesignInterfaces People Come Back To.

UI/UX design that is grounded in user research, not in mood boards — a design system your developers can implement, prototypes you can test before code is written, and a handoff that does not lose decisions between Figma and the build.

Overview

Design is a set of decisions, not a set of screens

The output of a design engagement is not the Figma file. It is the set of decisions that the Figma file makes legible: who the user is, what they are trying to do, what gets in the way, and what the product should do about it. Screens are the artefact, decisions are the work.

We run a short discovery with real users, sketch the flows that matter, build low-fidelity prototypes, test them, and only then move to high-fidelity design in a system your developers can implement. The handoff is structured — components, tokens, states, accessibility notes — not a stack of static frames.

This is the wrong engagement if you have not yet decided what the product is or who it is for. Discovery comes first, and we will tell you on the call whether to start with research or with a different brief.

  • Research-Backed — Decisions traced back to user interviews or test sessions, not opinions.
  • Designed to Build — A Figma library that maps 1:1 to your component code, with tokens.
  • Accessible by Default — WCAG 2.2 AA contrast, focus order and screen reader considerations in the design.
  • Tested Before Code — Prototypes run with users before a single line of engineering is written.

What we deliver

Everything included in our ui/ux design

UX Research & Discovery

User interviews, jobs-to-be-done and a written brief the team can act on.

Information Architecture

Sitemap, navigation and content modelling against the real user mental model.

Wireframes & User Flows

Low-fidelity flows that get the structure right before pixels.

Visual Design

High-fidelity screens in a system that scales across the product.

Design Systems

Components, tokens, usage rules and the documentation devs actually read.

Usability Testing

Moderated tests with real users, with a written findings report.

Our process

A proven process for successful delivery

  1. 01

    Discover

We interview users and review the data before drawing anything.

  2. 02

    Plan & Design

We map flows, then move to wireframes and test them with users.

  3. 03

    Develop

We build the high-fidelity design inside a documented system.

  4. 04

    Deploy

We hand off components, tokens and states to engineering in Figma.

  5. 05

    Optimize & Grow

We review analytics and ship the next iteration against the funnel.

FAQs

Questions we get asked

Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

A typical engagement is 4–8 weeks: discovery with users, information architecture, wireframes tested with users, then a high-fidelity design system handed off to engineering. Smaller engagements (a new feature, a redesign of one flow) are 1–2 weeks. We send a written scope with deliverables and timeline after the discovery call.

Yes, when the engagement calls for it. Visual identity work — logo, type, colour, motion principles — is usually a 2–3 week sprint that runs before the product design and feeds into the design system. We can also work with an existing brand system; in that case we extend it rather than replace it.

A Figma library with components that map 1:1 to your component code, design tokens exported in a format the build can consume, redlines where needed, accessibility annotations, and a recorded walkthrough. We do not believe in handing over a Figma file and disappearing — we sit with engineering through the first two weeks of build.

Yes. We run moderated usability tests on the live product, write up the findings, prioritise them against business impact, and ship the fixes either as a design update or as a code change. The output is a backlog your team can work through, not a report that sits in a folder.
