Product Engineering

MVP DevelopmentLive in Weeks, Not Quarters.

MVP development that puts a working product in front of real users in 6 to 10 weeks — a scoped feature set, production infrastructure, analytics wired in from day one, and a codebase your next engineer can extend rather than rewrite.

Overview

An MVP is a test, not a small version of the real thing

An MVP exists to answer one question: will people use this, and will they pay? Everything that does not help answer that question is scope you are paying for twice — once to build, once to maintain while you find out it did not matter.

We start by writing down the question your MVP is testing, then cut the feature list until only the parts that test it remain. Typically that is one core workflow, authentication, payments if the question involves money, and enough analytics to read the answer.

This is the wrong service if you already have paying users and a validated model. At that point you need product engineering with proper migrations and uptime guarantees, not an MVP — and we will tell you that on the first call rather than after the invoice.

  • Fixed Scope — A written feature list before we start, and a change process if it moves.
  • You Own It — Repositories and cloud accounts in your name from the first commit.
  • Built to Extend — Conventional architecture your next hire will recognise on day one.
  • Post-Launch Support — Four weeks of included fixes while you gather your first real feedback.

What we deliver

Everything included in our mvp development

Scope Definition Workshop

We cut the feature list down to what actually tests your hypothesis.

Core Workflow Build

The one journey your product lives or dies on, built properly.

Auth & User Management

Sign-up, roles and sessions that will not need replacing later.

Payments Integration

Razorpay or Stripe wired in when the test involves willingness to pay.

Analytics & Event Tracking

Instrumentation from day one so you can actually read the result.

Production Deployment

Real hosting, real domains, real monitoring — not a demo link.

Our process

A proven process for successful delivery

  1. 01

    Discover

We write down the question your MVP must answer.

  2. 02

We cut scope and design the core workflow.

  3. 03

    Develop

We build in two-week sprints with a demo each Friday.

  4. 04

    Deploy

We ship to production with monitoring and analytics live.

FAQs

Questions we get asked

Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

Most MVPs we build land between ₹6 lakh and ₹18 lakh, depending on how much of the workflow is custom and whether payments and third-party integrations are in scope. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed price. If your idea needs more than that, we will say so before you commit.

Yes, through a change process rather than silently. Anything that replaces something already in scope is a straight swap. Anything additive gets a written estimate and a revised date before we start it. This is the single biggest reason MVPs slip, so we handle it explicitly.

That is a successful MVP. You spent two months and a defined budget learning something that would have cost a year and a full team to learn the slow way. We help you read the data honestly, and if the answer is no, we will say so rather than sell you a version two.

Not immediately. Many clients stay on a small retainer while they find product-market fit, then hire in-house once the roadmap is clear. We hand over documentation and do a walkthrough with your first engineering hire at no cost, whenever that happens.
