Solution

Built forEnterprises

An enterprise engagement for organisations that need senior engineering leadership and the rigour the audit expects — architecture, security, integration, the audit trail, the documentation, the on-call rotation and the vendor management that survives the next reorganisation.

What this engagement covers

An enterprise engagement starts with the constraint the organisation has to satisfy — the compliance review, the integration with the systems that cannot be replaced, the audit trail, the documentation. Between the constraint and the system in production, the work is the architecture, the security, the integration, the audit and the operations.

We do this as a team extension, with the in-house team owning the roadmap and the vendor management, and our engineers working as a pair of hands inside the security and compliance review.

How the work is shaped

The first two weeks are the audit — a written assessment of the system, the architecture, the security, the integration and the compliance. The next two weeks are the architecture review and the security baseline.

The remaining weeks are the build, the integration, the audit trail, the documentation and the on-call handover. The engagement ends with a written runbook, a security review and the operational handover.

  • A written audit and a written architecture review within the first four weeks.
  • A security baseline that survives a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or DPDP Act 2023 review.
  • A documentation package the next engineer or auditor can read.
  • An on-call handover with the runbook the operations team can use.

What it costs and what you get

A typical enterprise engagement lands between ₹20 lakh and ₹80 lakh per phase, depending on the scope, the security and the integration. The engagement is fixed scope, with a change process for anything that moves.

You get the audit, the architecture, the security baseline, the integration, the audit trail, the documentation and the operational handover. The audit is yours, the documentation is yours, and the runbook is the one the operations team can use.

Frequently asked

The questions the team asks

Do you work with our security and compliance teams?
Yes, and we prefer it. The engagement is shaped around the security review and the compliance review, with the security baseline built in from sprint one. The architecture, the audit trail and the documentation are the ones the review expects.
How do you handle the integration with our legacy systems?
A short discovery on the source system, a written integration plan with named owners, a bridge layer in your language of choice, and a test plan that runs against the real system. We do not redesign the legacy system — we integrate with it, and we write the contract clearly so the next team can extend it.
Can the system be deployed on our infrastructure?
Yes, when the data posture requires it. The application can run on cloud, on-premise or hybrid, with the deployment model agreed in the discovery. The same code base, with the configuration that fits your infrastructure and your security review.
