Project Brief

This brief required a modern but sophisticated design of a label for a face serum. The focus had to be on the benefit and luxury associated with the product for the user to enjoy: its hydrating, glowing and rejuvenating properties. The label had to also appear visually stimulating to the design conscious customer so the perception of a high-quality product and a good brand is conveyed.

The Elements of the Design & concept:
The color palette used in this label is a warm, earthly tones of peaches and nudes which radiate luxury, whilst conveying feelings of peace. It is accompanied by an aesthetically pleasing shot of the product with petals sprinkled across. This brings the ‘natural and organic’ aspect into play while presenting the product in the most delightful way.
The layout is tidy and the features distributed evenly across the label; Left hand side carries the name, type of product, description of product, and details about brand. Right hand side gives the customer a visually pleasing overview of the product. Modern and smart geometrical forms have been added for a smart and contemporary aesthetic.
A sleek selection of typography is also provided in the label to make the product appealing to the customer while being easy to read and at the same time keeping the luxurious feel. Simplicity and elegance have been maintained.
