The Etextname Body Lotion Label Design project was to come up with a well-designed, market-ready product label for the premium skincare item. The focus of the label’s design was to communicate the notion of soft and moisturizing feel, coupled with nature and organic ingredients along with a contemporary and chic brand identity.
The final design was expected to catch the eyes of the potential customers on the shelves of retail stores. Also to assure confidence to the consumers that are health and skin conscious of its effectiveness.
Design elements and approach:
Color Palette: Soothing pastel hues and muted neutrals to depict softness and nourishment to skin.
Typography: Crisp, clear and aesthetic fonts were chosen for better visibility and premium experience.
Visual elements: Light botanic sketches to imply natural elements that would be in the ingredient.
Layout: Crisp and minimalist layout with great balance, to appear sleek and modern.
Focus on Brand: The name of the product has quite significant focus and so does the features like “Moisturizing,” “Hydrating,” “Natural Care.”
Optimizing for Print: The high-res file provided was suitable for print out of the bottles as well as tubes of various sizes without compromising on the quality of the print out.
